Trinity Fundraisers, earn money for your youth account

Hey everyone!

There are a lot of fun things happening at Trinity and we have some great trips happening this summer! If you are looking for some more opportunities to earn some money for some summer trips with Trinity, I have some great ways to get some cash for your youth account!

1st: The Easter Breakfast

We are looking for some excited students to help out with a shift this Sunday at this years Easter Breakfast! Every year, Trinity puts on a great meal, and we need some volunteers to make it work. Even if you help out, you would still have time to go to one of the services with your family and would also have time to fill up on some great food. Currently, these are the shifts that we are looking to fill

Cooking Assistant: 7-9 am

Cooking Assistant: 9-11 am

Server: 9:15-11 am

Clean up: 9:15- 11 am

Clean up: 10:45-noon

I am going to ask that any helpers are 6th grade or older for the Easter Breakfast. Adults are welcome to help as well :)

2nd: The Trinity Carnival!

This year, Trinity is putting on a carnival to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Trinity Preschool! We will have music, food and, of course, games. The games is where we could use some help. I am looking for some students to help run some of the games for the carnival that the younger kids will play. There will be a donation made to the youth account of anyone who helps out. 

We need students to help out on 

Sunday, April 10th from 12:45-3 pm.

I would need one person (and possibly a friend) to run each of the games during that time frame. Also, I am going to ask that the helpers for this be 8th grade or older. (If you are younger then that, please come to the carnival and enjoy the games yourself). Here is the list of games you can choose from, and they will be awarded on a first come first serve basis.

Pin the Tail

Ring Toss

Ball Throw

Nerf Archery

Penny Toss

Putting Green/ Hole in One

Pins in a Bottle

Also, if you would like, I need a few people to help out with these activities.

High School LYO FREE movie night, this Sunday 6:30pm

Hey High Schoolers

This Sunday, March 20th, we are meeting once again for LYO!

This week, we are having a LYO movie night. We are going to go check out the new movie...

  

Risen follows the story of a Roman Centurion who is charged with looking for the body of Jesus, and has to deal with the ramifications of finding him alive and risen from the dead. I think it is cool because it follows the story from the perspective of an outsider. 

So, here is the plan. 

We are meeting at the Youth Center at 6:30pm on Sunday, eating some pizza and leaving shortly after to head to the movie theater (please be on time, so I don't leave you)

I will buy tickets for the 6:50 showtime, so the cost to you is FREE!

We should be back to the Youth Center a little before 9pm, so this one will be a little later than normal.

If you are going to be late or want to just meet us at the theater, please let me know ahead of time. Also, please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks everyone!

Trinity Teens Game Night This Thursday! March 17th

Hey everyone!

This Thursday, March 17th, we will be meeting for 

Trinity Teens! 

We are going to be hanging out for a Trinity Teens game night!

We are meeting at the church lobby at 5:15 (directly after confirmation) for dinner and then some awesome games. 

Pizza and pop will be provided.

We will hangout and then pickup is at 7:00 pm. 

It will be a blast!

-If your child is not going to Trinity Teens, there is still normal pickup of 5:15

As usual, all middle school friends are welcome!

Trinity Youth Pancake Dinner Fundraiser, Wednesday, March 16th, 5:15-6:45pm

Hey everyone!

I want to let you know of a Youth Fundraiser that is coming up. As most of you know, the Trinity Youth hosts fundraisers to help pay for the summer trips. As one of our fundraisers, we are going to be hosting a pancake dinner for one of the Lenten Wednesday dinners! It will be hosted and run by the Trinity Youth and all proceeds go to the youth and the youth trips! I hope that you can make it to support Trinity Youth Program!
